This huge, two-storey villa is located directly in the bay of Cala Santanyi. It is built in the centre of the bay. The result is a multi-layered terraced landscape on different levels. The house is situated on a plot with delicate quarry stone walls, surrounded by lush green Mediterranean flora with pine and olive trees. The view of the azure blue sea and the white sandy beach is paradisiacal. You really don't have to do without a pool at this location, as the domicile has much more to offer: A stone-carved staircase leads directly into the bay. On the lower terrace, however, there is a very practical outdoor shower with pretty blue mosaic tiles, so you can shower after a dip in the sea without having to go inside. Instead of having to reserve a good spot on the beach, you can relax on one of the many sunbeds on the property. Had enough of the sun? Grab a good book and a cool drink and then head for the shade of the covered terraces.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The elegant white building has two separate accommodation units, each with its own kitchen and living room. It can accommodate a holiday group of up to 12 people. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms with three bathrooms. There is also a beautiful living room with typical Mallorcan, easy-care furnishings, floor tiles and a lovely dining area at the rustic wooden table. You can relax on the comfortable rattan furniture in the living area (with German satellite TV reception). The fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and much more invites you to enjoy cooking. Antique bedsteads in the bedrooms with ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe provide cosy sleeping areas. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with bathrooms and an additional guest WC. There is also a cosy living room with an open-plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is also ideal for holidays: an outdoor seating area and several sun loungers invite you to sunbathe before jumping into the sea. An ideal holiday home for two families or a trip with several generations You have the house all to yourself and yet privacy is easily maintained, even within the travel group. The extremely friendly landlords offer the house at a very favourable price and we can even apply a reduced price for a group of up to eight people.

As the absolute dream property Sa Trona is located directly on the popular Cala Santanyi, a shallow bay 70 metres long and 100 metres wide, paradise is right on your doorstep. The shallow entrance, the absolutely gentle waves and the cool sea water make the fjord-like natural bay so popular and particularly child-friendly. At the end, it opens up to the sea and offers a romantic view. It's not just the breathtaking scenery that makes this area unique. The villa is located directly in the (partly audible) village, which has an excellent infrastructure but is still authentic and recognisable as a traditional fishing village. From the villa, the other beaches of the south-eastern part of the coast, such as Cala Figuera (the fig cove) or Cala Llombards, are also within easy reach. The latter is wonderfully shaded in the morning and can even be reached on a short hike. Be sure to take a walk to Es Pontas, the famous rock gate in front of Cala Santanyi. 5 kilometres east of the villa, between Portopetro and Cala Figuera, is the Parc natural de Mondrago, which you should definitely not miss. In this nature park you can see rare orchid species and over 70 different bird species. With a bit of luck, you might even come across the endangered tortoise. Would you prefer to go for a walk? The market in the nearby town of Santanyi is an excellent place to shop.

This large villa, enchantingly located directly on Cala Santanyí, is called Sa Trona and has private access to the sandy beach directly in front of it. The sea here is turquoise-coloured and the sand underfoot is particularly fine. You can reach bars, restaurants and supermarkets very quickly on foot.
