Architecture has changed dramatically in recent decades. Clear, ornament-free contours that expose the main elements are very much in vogue these days. Centredness and serenity also spread to our inner world when we are exposed to an environment whose motto is Simplify your Life. This combination of simplicity and luxury has found its perfect expression at Villa Can Somni. The outdoor area alone will inspire you, as you can see the majestic mountains in the background while your gaze wanders over the vast sea nearby. You can enjoy all the advantages of the location in the centre of the district, where you can easily run errands on a leisurely stroll or sip a cup of espresso in a café. At the same time, the outdoor area invites you to relax and unwind. There is a private pool where you can swim a few laps at sunrise in the morning. Part of the outdoor area is reminiscent of a Japanese Zen garden with its gravelled landscape, with small stones representing the undulating sea. The property also has trees and lawns so that the children in the group can find what they want while playing. A few white steps lead you to the ground floor, but the living area of the villa is one floor up and you can reach it by climbing a few more steps. And you will be rewarded with a fabulous view: this awaits you during your holiday on the balcony shaded by the awning whenever you want. When the stars twinkle above you in the late evening, you can have a last glass of wine before going to bed while the twinkling lights of the last ships on the sea calm your thoughts.

The interior that awaits you meets the highest standards. The living area is the perfect place for socialising: whether you're sitting on the comfortable couch and watching the latest happenings in your home country on the flat-screen TV, playing a game of cards at the solid wooden table or preparing a delicious meal in the functionally equipped kitchen. Thanks to the air conditioning and heating, the temperature inside will always meet your needs. This open-plan space also has a fireplace to warm your heart. The hallway leads to two beautiful bedrooms with huge windows. One of the rooms even has a small balcony where the sun invites you to an early morning adventure. The two bedrooms share a bathroom, where you can also enjoy a bath for a change. To get to the other two bedrooms, all you have to do is climb the stylish staircase that takes you to the ground floor. These two bedrooms are also furnished with comfortable double beds and each has its own bathroom. Perfect holiday conditions for a group of eight people and a baby! A group of four people can only use the upper floor with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom.

As you are located directly in the tranquil fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pere, you can immerse yourself in traditional Mallorcan life far away from mass tourism. The beautiful beaches are within easy walking distance. Take a stroll along the small promenade, where you will find some good restaurants and cafés. Due to the central location, there may be occasional noise pollution from the neighbouring street, depending on the wind. On the other hand, the advantage is that you can reach a beautiful town such as the medieval town of Artà, which is only 14 kilometres away, in no time at all. On Tuesdays, after visiting the monastery, you can take a stroll through the bustling market. Sports enthusiasts will find great hiking and mountain biking trails against a picturesque backdrop in the region around Colonia de Sant Perre.

It is possible that building work is taking place in Colònia, which occasionally involves construction noise (except in July and August). For this reason, the prices are already discounted by 10%. Villa Can Somni is the ideal holiday destination for style-conscious lovers of modern architecture. Located in the holiday resort of Colonia de Sant Pere, you can reach excellent restaurants, cafés and shops on foot. The sheltered city beach on the outskirts of the town will be particularly appreciated by families with children. We also recommend day trips to beaches such as Son Serra de Marina, 13 kilometres away. Cap Formentor, Mallorca's northernmost viewpoint, around 10 km away, offers an unforgettable panorama.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a stag party group as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be the case on arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
