This holiday dream has been created on a plot of almost 800 m² on a hillside to pamper guests with a great ambience in a unique location. A large, wooden pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers invites you to relax and also serves as a viewing platform for a unique view of the bay of Canyamel and the blue sea. On warm days, you can refresh yourself in the pool or simply enjoy the incredible surroundings in the midst of lush nature. Everything has been thought through down to the smallest detail: the pool is right next to the house and naturally has an outdoor shower. There is another covered terrace above it with seating and a large dining table. Experience fantastic sunsets over the sea here and spend a cosy evening together. If you feel hungry, simply light the charcoal barbecue and dinner is on the table.

The beautiful Casa Miramar will not only enchant you from the outside, the interior is also worth seeing! The spacious living and dining area, two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom are all on one level. The open, bright room design with floor-to-ceiling windows and tasteful furnishings creates an inviting and cosy atmosphere. A comfortable sofa can be folded out to sleep two more guests. International TV channels can be watched on a flat-screen TV; free WiFi is available throughout the house. You can enjoy your breakfast at the large dining table with a view of the sea: What a relaxing start to the day. In the winter months, a fireplace provides cosy warmth and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen will also delight you and leaves nothing to be desired. There are large wardrobes in the bedrooms. One of the two rooms has a double bed, while the other room has two single beds. The modern, daylight-flooded bathroom with walk-in shower and large washbasin fits perfectly into the beautiful ambience of this accommodation.

Canyamel, a relaxed coastal town at the easternmost point of Mallorca, is a popular holiday destination for families and holidaymakers who want to get a taste of the authentic Mallorcan way of life. On the one hand, the town has very good transport links, but on the other, it is not as easy to reach as other regions of the island. The destination has made a name for itself thanks to its many excellent restaurants. From your holiday home, you can reach the beautiful Platja de Canyamel on foot: a bright sandy beach, picturesquely nestled in a wooded bay. Here you will find sun loungers and parasols, showers/toilets and boat hire. Numerous tennis courts and the challenging 18-hole Canyamel golf course are located in and around the town. The nearby Coves dArtà are also worth a visit: the fascinating stalactite caves enchant many visitors every year. Casa Miramar is located in the beautiful holiday resort of Canyamel on the east coast of Mallorca. From your villa, you can walk to the sea and a beautiful sandy beach. From your pool terrace you can enjoy a picturesque view of the bay surrounded by rocks and pine trees. You can do your daily shopping in the immediate vicinity. The great location of this property is rounded off by a variety of attractions that can be found in this region of the island.
