This holiday house is located in the lovely southern Spanish town of Guaro.Cosy holiday house on the third floor with a roof terrace at the heart of Guaro, boasting stunning views of the surrounding scenery and villages

The spacious third floor roof terrace offers stunning views of the surrounding area. It is perfect for relaxing and hanging out. It is furnished with a sitting area and a sun shade. Public parking can be found nearby (500 meters).

The house boasts a kitchen and a living room on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom in the first floor; the second bedroom, a hallway and an office on the second floor and a roof terrace on the top floor. The cosy, rural property boasts a fully furnished kitchen with a freezer compartment, a stove, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle and more. The living room is furnished with a satellite television, a sitting area with a table and chairs and a radio. On the first floor you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is located on the second floor and is furnished with two single beds. Additionally, you will find a hallway with a sofa bed for one and an office with a computer on the same level.

Small supermarkets, a bakery and several cafes can be reached on foot (a few hundred meters). Guaro is located at the edge of the Sierra de las Nieves natural reserve, where you can enjoy walks, bicycling, golf and horseback riding. In town you can find a public pool (about 1 km); it is 25 km to the ocean. Due to its location, it is an ideal base for day trips: Ronda (60km), Gibraltar (100 km), Marbella (20 km) und Malaga (50 km). It is about two to three hours to the beautiful Andalusian cities rich in culture, such as Cordoba, Granada and Seville.
