Cosy holiday apartments near the beach and the coastal forest, with cycling and hiking trails starting right behind the house

This villa with three holiday apartments is very close to the coastal forest, just a few minutes‘ walk (300m) from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. It is about a five-minute walk to the centre with its typical thatched houses.

The three cosy and modern apartments provide all the necessary comfort. They all have a separate entrance, underfloor heating in all rooms and insect screens.

The terrace is ideal for relaxing. There are free parking spaces on site for all guests.

Children have also been thought of. A travel cot with a mattress, a highchair and a portable changing mat are available and can be booked at a small supplementary charge.

Cycling and hiking trails start right on the doorstep and all other amenities such as cafes, restaurants, shopping facilities and the beach are within walking distance, ensuring a pleasant holiday.

Holiday Apartment in Zempin with Private Parking

The terrace belonging to the apartment is opposite the apartment and provides plenty of space to relax. Garden furniture, a parasol and a grill are available free of charge.

The two-room apartment suitable for the elderly measures around 45m² and is on the ground floor of the house. The cosy livingroom with a leather corner sofa and a dining space adjoins the open kitchen, equipped with crockery, pans, general cooking utensils, coffee, sugar, salt, flour and oil. The entrance area to the apartment is a little hallway with a wardrobe and shoe cupboard. From here you can access the daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower and the bedroom with a double box spring bed (180 x 200cm) and a large wardrobe. All the rooms have underfloor heating that can be regulated and insect screens in the windows.

    “Positiv: Modern eingerichtete ebenerdige Wohnung, die unseren Ansprüchen mehr als genügte. Besonders positiv der Außenbereich mit eigener Terrasse, Grill und großzügiger Sitzgelegenheit.
    Für E-Bikes gibt's eine Unterstellmöglichkeit inklusive Lademöglichkeit der Akkus.
    Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Herzlichkeit der Familie Bauer.
    Wir fühlten uns bei dem einwöchigen Urlaub sehr wohl und können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen.”

    “Eine sehr gepflegte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Moderne Möbel und sehr gut ausgestattet - es bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wenn wir nächstes Mal nach Usedom fahren werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.”
