In the resort 1 km from the centre of Locarno, in a quiet position, 1.5 km from the lake. For shared use: property, beautiful garden (not fenced) lawn and plants.     “Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sehr sauber, allerdings etwas hellhörig. Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig (Pkw, Rad, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel). Das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung (Küche, Multimedia, Waschmaschine/Trockner) ist sehr gut.”
