Detached house with pool, 2 km from Camaiore. The house is on 2 floors. First floor: large kitchen, living room; half floor: bathroom. Second floor: 2 large bedrooms. In one part of the house there are storage rooms for agricultural equipment, used occasionally by the landlord. Well-kept, equipped garden for outdoor dining with barbecue. Beautiful view over the Tuscan countryside and partly over the sea. From the garden, several romantic paths lead to the owners' vineyard (occasionally on site for entertainment purposes). The popular beaches of Lido di Camaiore (about 10 km), Viareggio (14 km) and Forte dei Marmi (15 km) are easily accessible. 44 km Carrara with its rich marble deposits, 10 km Pietrasanta with its marble sculptures - the so-called "little Athens". For nature lovers: the deep caves and great gorges of Antro del Corchia (25 km) in the Regional Park of the Apuan Alps, the largest karst system in Italy with over 70 km of underground tunnels and lakes. For art lovers: 32 km Lucca, 34 km Pisa. For children: 52 km the Park of Pinocchio in Collodi.

    “Die Lage des Hauses ist klasse. Man hat einen wirklich tollen Blick bis zum Meer.
    Entspannten Abenden mit Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse steht nichts im Wege!
    Spannend ist die Anreise, da man nicht wirklich sicher ist, ob da noch was kommt...
    Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist okay. Das Badezimmer ist renoviert und die restlichen Zimmer sind zwar älter aber alles ist echt sauber.
    Der Pool ist zum Abkühlen okay, allerdings recht niedrig.
    Der Vater der Vermieterin kommt täglich um auf dem Gelände nach dem Rechten zu schauen...”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und wird von einer wirklich netten Familie geführt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist in Ordnung, könnte aber besser sein. Die Einrichtung ist eher altmodisch, die Betten sind aber dennoch bequem. Bad und die eine Hälfte der Küche sind neu renoviert. Grandios ist die Lage des Hauses mit einem gigantischen Ausblick! Der Pool ist klein, reicht aber zum Abfrischen. Der Weg zum Haus ist allerdings sehr eng und steil, aber mit einem normalen PKW kommt man schon hoch.

    Camaiore selbst hat einen schönen Stadtkern, wo man abends bummeln kann. Lido di Camaiore hat uns nicht gefallen, da es nur Strandabschnitte gab, wo gezahlt werden musste. Ein paar Kilometer weiter allerdings tat sich bei Torre del Lago ein schöner, frei zugänglicher Strand auf, den wir oft nutzten. Ausflüge nach Pisa und Lucca sind sehr gut zu machen.”

    “Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, super sauber und total nette Vermieter - einfach ein tolles Objekt. Berg-Anfahrt zum Haus etwas abenteuerlich beim ersten Versuch.”

    “Sehr gut ausgestattet, Lage mitten im Weinberg oberhalb von Camaiore, schmale Straße, sehr nette Vermieter, Verständigung in Englisch möglich, Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca oder ans Meer mit kurzen Fahrten gut zu erreichen.”
