This vacation home with pool is located in Labin, in the district of Vinez. It is located in a beautiful location and offers its guests a lot of privacy. In the basement there is a very comfortable, practical and spacious kitchen, which is connected with a loggia with glass wall and the dining room. On the upper floor there are bedrooms, which are equipped with practical furniture. The floors are connected by an interior wooden staircase. From the large terrace you can enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the enchanting landscape. A large, partially fenced, garden surrounds the house. It is located at the very back of the street, so children can play and romp here without any worries. Enjoy the view of the old town of Labin on the hill, which you can reach on foot in just half an hour. The beautiful pebble beaches of Rabac can be reached in a few minutes by car.

    “Das Haus war tiptop sauber, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist toll. Absolut ruhig am Ende einer Anliegerstraße, man ist völlig ungestört für sich. Der Pool war unser Highlight! Wir haben ihn jeden einzelnen Tag genossen! Und den herrlichen Blick auf die Altstadt von Labin! Supernette Vermieterin!”

    “das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage, der Pool ist blitzblank und wird auch einmal während des Aufenthaltes überprüft und gereinigt. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen mit frischen Kirschen und einem Wilkommensgeschenkchen.
    Das Haus ist sehr groß und die Schlafzimmer, Küche und Esszimmer lassen wenig Wünsche übrig.
    Für uns, zu viert absolut großzügig und für unsere Ansprüche bestens ausgestattet.
    Alle elektrischen gerate vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Sogar eine Garage steht zur Verfügung (im Sommer sehr von Vorteil).
    Die Gegend ist wenn man es ruhig mag, bestens geeignet um auszuspannen.
    Die abgelegenen Strände allerdings sind eher schwer zu finden, und man braucht schon ein wenig Abenteuerlust und Geduld, um entsprechend einsam gelegene Buchten zu finden.
    Aber erst mal gefunden, der absolute Hammer.
    Man fährt dazu Richtung Duga Luka, Sveta Marina oder Crni und läuft dann wenige hundert Meter bergab zu den typisch steinigen Buchten.
    Also von uns absolut empfehlenswert.”
