This beautiful holiday house with a pool is located just a short drive away from the pebble beaches of the Brijuni archipelago. The stone and wood detailings conjure up the authentic ambience of Istria. The house is fully heated and air conditioned. You can use the wireless internet to keep abreast of latest developments, during your holiday. The beautiful, covered terrace, which leads to the outdoor swimming pool, seamlessly binds the indoor and outdoor area into a single unit. The terrace also has a hot tub that can accommodate 6 people. The owners have designed the park to suit small children, but it also has enough space for playing badminton or volleyball. The ground floor of the building consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, a bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub for two people and a bedroom with a private bath (own access to the terrace). There are three more bedrooms on the first floor with private terraces and en suite bathrooms. The terraces offer beautiful views of the sea. Vodnjan, situated 7 km from the holiday home, has all the necessary products and services required.

    “Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Ebenfalls ist es sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Am Abend sieht man super die Sterne, da keine großen Lichteinflüsse vorhanden sind. Am Tag ist es herrlich, um schöne Stunden am Pool zu verbringen. Das Pool ist sehr gut gewartet (2x pro Woche). Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort (6 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) und hatten sehr gut Platz. Die Küche ist klasse, ebenso der Esszimmerraum und die gedeckte große Sitzfläche. Überrascht haben uns die großen Zimmer mit guten Sanitäreinrichtungen. Man ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5-10 Min. am Meer. Fahrrad fahren würden wir dort nicht empfehlen. Die Strassen sind zwar vielfach gut, aber sehr schmal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Coiffeur, Tanken etc. ist alles in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Die Kosten des Hauses sind relativ hoch. Bei 8 Personen ging es aber gut. Fazit: Das Haus war absolut der Hammer!”

    “Der erste Eindruck übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Ein geräumiges, sehr gepflegtes Haus. Wir hatten dort mit 2 Familien also 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kindern einen entspannten Urlaub. Die überdachte Terasse lädt förmlich ein, hier zu Essen und nicht noch wegzufahren. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinem Dorf. Die 3 Schlafräume im ersten Stock haben Westbalkone mit traumhaften Meerblick am Horizont. Das angrenzende Grundstück im Westen wird von den Eigentümern bewohnt. Es steht ein kleines orangefarbenes Haus darauf, mit Hühnerstall und Schäferhund. Es ist ruhig, nur ab und zu ein krähender Hahn oder der Schäferhund, sowie der Lärm der eigenen Kinder, oder auch mal der Gäste im Nachbarhaus, die aber nicht zu sehen sind, da die Terasse nach Westen ausgerichtet ist.
    Ein schönes Haus in der gehobeneren Preiskategorie!
    Die Eigentümer wohnen im Nebengrundstück, kommen sofort, wenn es Fragen gibt, aber sonst nicht unaufgefordert. Sehr angenehm!”
