Lucca, 16 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The apartment house is located in a quiet area, just 2000 meters from the ancient walls that delimit the medieval historic center of Lucca.The house is the result of a recent complete renovation of a large old stable with private parking, large garden and summer swimming pool and offers comfortable accommodation with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).
