Ca Scirocco is a small and cosy house, situated in a strategic position for visiting the Marches. A few minutes away is the town of Macerata, where every year in Sferisterio under the starry sky, there is the opera season of "Macerata opera festival." In about half an hour drive you will reach the beaches of Civitanova Marche, Montecosaro where are the outlets of the most important brands of shoes, the natural park of the Sibillini Mountains.
The outdoor area has a flat garden, well maintained and fully fenced. Inside, the living room with fireplace and the kitchen overlook the portico, where you can eat and enjoy the view of the hills. On the opposite side there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with double bed (120 cm). The living space is all on the ground floor with the exception of the mezzanine where a sitting area was created, with a single bed, two bathrooms with shower.
