This is a stunning villa in Concarneau. It has a peaceful location and a private swimming pool. It is ideal for big groups and families.The villa is 3km from the fishing port of Concarneau with its pretty yachting harbour. A beautiful white sandy beach is 100 m away. Just 4 km away is the small town of Trégunc which is known for its wonderful coastline with its beautiful beaches, hiking trails and delicious fish restaurants. Behind the coast, you will find a wealth of cultures, such as the chapel of Saint-Philibert and lots of megaliths and menhirs. There's a restaurant 500m from the home and a supermarket 2km away. The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. You're allowed to bring 1 pet. It offers bed linen and bath towels. The room is on the ground floor and easily accessible. Avoid making noise to avoid compensating the neighbours after 11 o'clock in the evening. The nearest train station is 25 km away. Quimper–Cornouaille Airport is 35 km away.
