Elegant and modern holiday apartments in a charming villa on the beach promenade at Portoscuso


The elegant holiday apartments are in a detached villa on a beach promenade in the centre of Portoscuso, a little coastal town in the south-east of Sardinia.

The villa has three independent holiday apartments, particularly suitable for couples and families with small children. A cot, a highchair and other items for babies and toddlers can be provided on request. There is no Internet connection.

All the apartments look out at a fenced garden with a table and chairs for each apartment and a shared grill. Cars can be parked free of charge on a public car park outside of the site.

Near the accommodation you can find a newspaper kiosk, a pharmacy, a bakery, a café with a cake shop and a supermarket. The lovely local beaches are within a short walk. Owing to their particularly convenient location, the apartments are a good starting point for interesting car trips to explore the most beautiful beaches of the south of the island and the historically interesting sights in the inland area.

The 60m² apartment is well-maintained and provides all the necessary comfort. It was built in 2013 and is on the upper floor. It consists of a spacious living room-kitchen, a modern bathroom, and an inviting bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm). The kitchen unit is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a gas stove. There is also a dining table with chairs. The living room provides a comfortable sofa bed for a child and an LED TV. The apartment has air conditioning (cool/warm).

    “Wer es nicht scheut die 88 Stufen zur Wohnung auf sich zu nehmen, wird mit dem phantastischen Ausblick auf den See belohnt. Größtenteils ruhig, außer mehrmals am Tag vorbeifahrende Züge unterhalb der vor dem Haus vorbeiführenden Straße (leider auch nachts), sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Vermieter, klasse Handling.”
