    “Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Almonte gegeben. Besser ist jedoch Bollullos für den Supermakteinkauf geeignet (Mercadona). Für das Shoppen zwischendurch können Sevilla oder Huevla angesteuert werden.

    Für Naturfreunde ist eine Kameltour Matalascanas oder ein Trip in das Donana-Reservat (zu Fuß/Pferd/geführte Tour) empfehlenswert. Wer auf Pferde steht, kommt an El Rocio nicht vorbei (Wilder Westen).

    Generell ist ein Leihwagen/eigenes Fahrzeug empfehlenswert, wenn man Andalusien entdecken möchte. Auch im bergigen Norden gibt es zum Beispiel den Rio Tinto (inkl. Bergbau) oder eine wunderschöne Grotte zu erkunden. Im Süden ist Tarifa oder Gibraltar ein schönes Ziel. Auch das Gastfreundliche Portugal (Faro) ist sehenswert.

    Die spanische Sprache ist hier ein absolutes muss! Englisch bringt einen nur in größeren Städten (Sevilla) weiter. Es ist daher sehr empfehlenswert die wichtigsten Sätze auf spanisch zu beherrschen + etwas Konversation.”

    “In Almonte gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein nettes Städtchen. Aber für Spanien normal muss man die Siesta beachten und das Restaurants abends erst nach 8 öffnen. Wenn man größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sucht, findet man in ca. 15 minütiger Autofahrt einen großen Carrefour und einen Lidl.”
